Q: Where do you ship from?

All items ship from Singapore with tracked international delivery.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship to most countries. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, drop us an email and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Q: How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Generally, international tracked shipping starts from SGD $10–$20+ depending on the item.

Q: How long does delivery take?

Orders usually ship out within 3–5 working days. Delivery times vary by location but are typically:

  • Asia: 10–15 business days

  • US/Europe: 15–25 business days

  • Remote areas: Please allow extra time

Q: Are your items new or used?

Please refer to each product listing for specific condition notes.

Q: Can I record on these MiniDiscs?

In most cases, yes, but due to the vintage nature, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every player or recorder.

Q: Will there be scratches or wear?

Some minor wear or marks may be present, especially on used items. We always aim to show accurate photos and mention notable defects.

 


Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns?

All sales are final due to the nature of vintage goods. However, if something arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll sort it out.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

Take clear photos and videos of the packaging and item, and email us. We’ll work with you to offer a replacement, refund, or credit where applicable.
